Personality: Pickles can be timid, but is a very loving baby once she understands her surroundings.- Vanessa says: Pickles is a spunky lil lass! She finds her way around by doing circles. Anytime she hears food she does a circle! She gets along with other dogs just fine.

- Adopter needs to know: while she lost both eyes, she gets around just fine. She memorizes her areas and uses her other senses to compensate.

- Vanessa says: She goes in and out as she pleases. She is a very calm, loving girl who deserves a wonderful home full of love.
Note on sight-impaired dogs: humans "swim" in a sea of images while dogs "swim" in a sea of scents. These pups can sense tiny changes in the intensity of a smell, giving them ample information to find a water bowl, to tell different toys apart, and to locate any door. Takes them a couple of hours.
