Trooper 2002-2018 loved by Connie and rich eicher

Trooper came to us in September 2016 after the floods in Baton Rouge.  He immediately demonstrated a fighting spirit despite his many ailments. Trooper shared his rich life story with tens of thousands of Facebook followers.  Sadly his little body finally succumbed to old age in the summer of 2018.  You will always be remembered Troop as we have named our new facility "Trooper's Dream".  

This wee girl died as she lived: on her own terms.  Darcy, like her dad, enjoyed her own company much of the time.  The sworn enemy of the squirrel, she  repelled their intrusions with great vigor.  Darcy formed fierce attachments to a few folks over the years, Terry Witt, Tiffany Glidden, and David Cowell.  Darcy passed quietly in her sleep on Monday June 17, 2018.
